有位伟人说过:“没有不好的学生,只有不好的教育。”用欣赏的眼光看待学生,每个学生都有自己的长处和闪光点。学生作为发展中个体,固然存在这样那样的不足,尽管如此,教师也要保持用欣赏者的眼光看待学生,让学生感受到教师对他们的关怀、爱护和肯定,让学生感受到教师对自己的欣赏。教师的欣赏正是他们勤奋学习和创新的目标和动力。 A great man said: “There is no bad student, only poor education.” Students are treated with appreciation, and each student has his own strengths and bright spots.
