目的:探讨“氯-芬”合剂微泵法行小儿静脉全麻的效果及其对患儿呼吸、循环的影响。方法:51例手术患儿(年龄42d~8岁,体重4~22kg),用“氯-芬”合剂微泵滴注行非插管全凭静脉麻醉,术中监测MAP,HR,RR,SpO2,定时查动脉血气。结果:术中镇痛完善,患儿安静,分泌物少,停药后10~30min苏醒。术中MAP、HR、RR、SpO2、pH和PaCO2无明显变化(P>0.05);PaO2和SaO2于术中15min显著高于术前(P<0.05)。结论:“氯-芬”合剂微泵法可控性强,给药均匀且用量少,镇静镇痛完善,对呼吸、循环影响轻微,术毕苏醒快,无明显并发症。
Objective: To investigate the effect of “Chlor-Fen” mixture micropump method on pediatric intravenous general anesthesia and its effects on respiration and circulation in children. METHODS: Totally 51 children undergoing surgery (age 42d-8, weight 4 ~ 22kg) were anesthetized by micro-pump infusion of “Chlorfenaphenamide” mixture. Intravenous monitoring of MAP, HR, RR and SpO2 Regular check arterial blood gas. Results: Intraoperative analgesia improved, children with quiet, less secretions, wake up after 10 ~ 30min. There were no significant changes in MAP, HR, RR, SpO2, pH and PaCO2 during operation (P> 0.05). PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly higher at 15 min in operation than those before operation (P <0.05). Conclusion: “Chlor-Fen” mixture micro-pump controllable, uniform administration and less dosage, sedation and analgesia perfect, little effect on respiration and circulation, rapid recovery after surgery, no significant complications.
