本组为手术或临床证实的前列腺增生症66例,年龄55～79岁(64.5±6.7岁),术前做肾图,肾盂静脉造影、血浆CO_2CP、BUN、Cr。现以病人受损较重一侧肾图为主分为4组,情况见附表。可见各组前列腺增生病人临床已出现排尿困难及尿潴留,而肾功能受损程度並不突出:Ⅰ组各项检查均正常,肾图倒也看不出异常;Ⅱ组肾图示上尿路排泄不畅,肾功能正常,而肾盂静脉造影只2.8％出现肾积水,
