肝性脑病(肝昏迷),于1954年为 Sherlock 等人首先提出,是严重肝功障碍或广泛门-腔侧支循环后,以肝性昏迷为主要特征的神经精神症状和运动异常的总称。本文介绍肝性脑病的发生机理及治疗。
Hepatic encephalopathy (hepatic coma) was first proposed by Sherlock et al in 1954 as a general term for neuropsychiatric symptoms and motor abnormalities characterized by hepatic coma after severe hepatic dysfunction or extensive portal-collateral circulation. This article describes the pathogenesis and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.
