介绍了乳状液膜法萃取模拟发酵液中青霉素的研究工作，考察了混合槽中液膜组成、试剂比、油内比、乳水比及外水相ｐＨ变化对传质过程的影响，找出了一个较为适宜的液膜组成及室温下适宜操作的萃取工艺条件． The research on the extraction of penicillin in simulated fermentation broth by emulsion liquid membrane was introduced. The influence of liquid membrane composition, reagent ratio, internal oil ratio, ratio of milk to water and external pH on the mass transfer process was investigated. A more suitable liquid film composition and extraction conditions suitable for operation at room temperature.
