针对目前中职茶艺专业的教学中普遍存在的培养目标低、专业学习过于侧重机械式的茶艺表演的两大误区,本文提出在中职茶艺专业的教学中,教师必须提高学生泡茶、服务、营销、品饮茶方面的技能,同时将“廉、美、和、敬”的茶德精神贯穿于整个学习过程之中,将茶礼转化学生自身的行为规范,多方面提升学生的文化素养;通过举办和参加各种以茶为主题的形式活动,展示地方特色茶文化,提高茶艺的品味,以茶施教,闻香识茶,将中职的茶艺回归于自然。
In view of the fact that there are two common misunderstandings in the teaching of tea art major in vocational education at present, the professional learning is too focused on two misunderstandings of mechanical tea art performance. In this paper, we propose that in the teaching of tea art specialty in secondary vocational school, Marketing, and tea-drinking. At the same time, the spirit of Cha-deh, which is “cheaper, more beautiful, and respectful,” runs through the whole process of learning. It transforms students ’behavior into different forms and enhances students’ cultures in many aspects Through the organization and participation of various tea-themed forms of activities, the local specialty tea culture is displayed, the taste of tea culture is enhanced, the tea is taught, the smell of incense is recognized, and the tea skill of secondary vocational school is returned to nature.
