随着上海市工业生产的发展,新工艺新原料的应用,引起的急性职业中毒事件的现场情况日趋复杂,加之卫生部门职能调整,给急性职业中毒事件应急工作带来了新的挑战。目前上海应对突发急性职业中毒事件工作存在职业性有毒有害因素监控系统缺乏、应急处置资源分布不均等问题,本文拟就这些问题及针对性的开展监测工作、应急处置资源整合等对策进行探讨。
With the development of industrial production in Shanghai and the application of new raw materials and new raw materials, the on-site situation of acute occupational poisonings has become more and more complex. Coupled with the adjustment of the functions of the health departments, new challenges have been posed to the emergency work of acute occupational poisonings. At present, Shanghai has a series of problems such as the lack of a monitoring system for occupational toxic and harmful factors and the uneven distribution of resources for emergency treatment in response to sudden acute occupational poisoning incidents in Shanghai. This paper intends to discuss such issues as targeted monitoring measures and resources consolidation in emergency response.
