过去多年来,在农业机械化的管理上,农机与农艺分家,制造与需要脱节,设计与制造分立,课题盲目性较大。农业机械化涉及到千万个管理单位和生产单位,包括从教育、科研、设计、制造、销售到使用更新各个职能系统。这些单位与单位、系统与系统之间,存在着相互作用、相互制约的关系,牵一发而动全身。象这样庞大而复杂的经济活动,不用现代化的方法是管理不好的。本文试图按照现代系统思想,结合我国的具体实际,提出一些想法,供在体制改革实践中参考。农业机械化系统管理的基本要求所谓系统管理,就是运用系统的方法进
Over the past years, in the management of agricultural mechanization, separation of agricultural machinery and agronomy, separation of manufacturing and demand, and separation of design and manufacturing have made the subject more blind. Agricultural mechanization involves tens of millions of management units and production units, including education, scientific research, design, manufacturing, sales, and the use of various functional systems. There are interactions between these units and units, systems and systems, and mutual restraint, which affects the entire body. As large and complex economic activities like this, the use of modern methods is not well managed. This article attempts to put forward some ideas according to the modern system thinking and the concrete reality of our country for reference in the practice of system reform.
