我出生在甘肃省临夏回族自治州康乐县草滩乡牟家窑村,2003年至今一直从教于我的家乡村校——牟家窑小学。近年来,受特殊的地理环境、居民分散以及落后的经济等因素影响,边远山区农村的适龄入学儿童人数逐渐减少。一所村校只有几十个或几个学生,几个或一个老师的现象随处可见。以我们牟家窑小学为例——59个学生,6位老师,6个年级,16门主课,每位老师都任班主任,且身兼数职。在这种情况下,学校的教学组织形式只能采
