我国医院在推出绩效管理模式后,工作人员的工作效率有了明显的提高,但是其中出现的刚性管理和处罚条例,使员工在出现问题后首先想到的是逃避处罚,而不是改正错误,降低了绩效管理模式的效果和优点,不利于医院的长久发展,柔性化管理方式的加入,能够有效的降低逃避责任等消极情况的出现,使医院走上健康、良性的发展道路。
