目的:分析测定人工冬虫夏草不同部位核苷类含量,为充分利用人工冬虫夏草资源提供参考。方法:水提醇沉,RP-HPLC分离,紫外检测器检测虫草素、腺苷和腺嘌呤含量。结果:人工虫草中子实体、菌丝体和固体培养残基中腺嘌呤含量(μg/g)分别为193.92、142.66、71.25;腺苷分别1302.52、635.02、171.73;虫草素分别为1356.92、1101.04、350.96。结论:人工虫草中不但子实体含有腺嘌呤、腺苷和虫草素,菌丝体及固体培养残基也含有这3种主要核苷类物质,具有进一步开发利用价值。
Objective: To analyze and determine the nucleoside content in different parts of artificial Cordyceps sinensis, and to provide reference for making full use of artificial Cordyceps sinensis resources. Methods: Water-alcohol precipitation, RP-HPLC separation, UV detection of cordycepin, adenosine and adenine content. Results: The contents of adenine (μg / g) in artificial mycelia, mycelia and solid culture residues were 193.92, 142.66 and 71.25, respectively; adenosine were 1302.52, 635.02 and 171.73, respectively. Cordycepin was 1356.92, 350.96. CONCLUSION: Not only fruiting body contains adenine, adenosine and cordycepin in artificial Cordyceps, mycelium and solid culture residues also contain these three main nucleosides, which have further development and utilization value.
