复方参七汤对人胃腺癌细胞株ＢＧＣ－８２３的细胞分裂和集落形成有明显的抑制作用。用集落形成法测定其半数抑制浓度（ＩＣ５０）为０．００７８生药／ｍｌ，在浓度较高时也有直接杀伤作用，用台盼蓝排斥试验测定其半数杀伤浓度为０．０４８ｇ生药／ｍｌ。
Compound Shenqi Decoction has obvious inhibitory effect on cell division and colony formation of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823. The half-time inhibitory concentration (IC50) was determined to be 0.0078 crude drug/ml by colony-forming method. Direct killing was also observed when the concentration was high, and the half-killing concentration was determined to be 0.048 g crude drug/ml by the trypan blue exclusion test.
