十余年来,我科用放射线同位素~(90)锶、~(32)磷治疗血管瘤395例,效果满意。为总结经验,我们对1977～1978的78例进行了随访,现分析讨论如下。一、疗效标准: (一)基本治愈:血管瘤完全消失,肤色正常或局部遗留少许痕迹,或血管瘤明显苍白和变平。(二)好转:治疗后血管瘤停止生长,或生长明显减慢,颜色有不同程度的变浅。(三)无效:治疗前后无变化或继续长大。二、年龄与疗效:78例中年龄在1岁以
For more than ten years, our department has treated 395 cases of hemangiomas with radiation isotope ~ (90) antimony, ~ (32) phosphorus, with satisfactory results. In order to sum up experience, we followed 78 cases from 1977 to 1978. The analysis and discussion are as follows. First, the efficacy of standards: (A) the basic cure: the disappearance of hemangioma, skin color normal or a little left some traces, or hemangiomas obvious pale and flattened. (B) improved: after treatment, hemangiomas ceased to grow, or growth slowed down, and the color had varying degrees of lightening. (C) invalid: no change before or after treatment or continue to grow up. Second, age and efficacy: 78 cases in the age of 1 year
