持续学习是学生技能和素质持续提高的基础,但是,目前很多高职学生不能持续专注于学习。如何调动学生积极性,推动学生持续学习氛围的形成对提高教学质量进而提高学生文化和技能素质具有重要意义。本文将根据激励理论,探讨如何构建机制推动高职高专学生持续学习。
Continuous learning is the basis of continuous improvement of students’ skills and qualities. However, at present, many higher vocational students can not continuously focus on learning. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and promote the formation of students ’continuous learning atmosphere is of great significance to improve the quality of teaching and thus to enhance students’ cultural and technical qualities. Based on the motivation theory, this article will discuss how to construct a mechanism to promote continuous learning of students in higher vocational colleges.
