采用正交试验,研究了Zn、Mg、Cu3种元素对铸造Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金力学性能和热裂倾向的影响。结果表明,3种元素对合金的抗拉强度和热裂倾向影响不同。对抗拉强度影响次序为:Zn>Mg>Cu;对热裂的影响次序为Cu=Mg>Zn。在试验范围内,随着Zn含量增加,抗拉强度和热裂倾向增大;随着Cu含量增大,抗拉强度和热裂倾向减少;随着Mg含量增加,抗拉强度先增大后减小,热裂倾向先减小后增大。低熔点晶间共晶组织对抗拉强度和热裂有重要的影响,随着共晶组织数量的增加,强度下降,热裂倾向先减小后增大。
The effects of Zn, Mg and Cu on the mechanical properties and hot tearing tendency of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that the three elements have different effects on the tensile strength and hot cracking tendency of the alloy. The order of influence on tensile strength is: Zn> Mg> Cu; the order of influence on thermal cracking is Cu = Mg> Zn. Within the experimental range, the tensile strength and hot cracking tended to increase with the increase of Zn content. With the increase of Cu content, the tensile strength and thermal cracking tended to decrease. With the increase of Mg content, the tensile strength first increased Reduce the tendency of hot cracking first increase and then decrease. Low eutectic intergranular eutectic microstructure has important influence on tensile strength and thermal cracking.
