目的 :评价韩氏戒毒仪 (简称韩氏仪 ,HANS) 2 / 10 0Hz电刺激对海洛因导致的性机能障碍的治疗作用。方法 :33例志愿受试者被随机分到丁丙诺啡组 (简称BPN组 ;n =16 )或HANS加小剂量BPN组(简称HANS组 ;n =17) ,两组所用的BPN剂量以患者不出现戒断症状为标准。HANS的频率是 2Hz和10 0Hz ,两种频率每隔 3s自动切换。HANS组患者接受电刺激的 8个穴位分别是一侧上肢合谷和劳宫 ,对侧上肢内关和外关 ,两侧下肢行间和三阴交 ,每次刺激 30min ,前 2周每日 3~ 4次 ,后 2周每日 1~ 2次。结果 :(1) 14日以后患者尿样吗啡分析呈阴性。 (2 )性机能问询调查 (视觉模拟尺评分 )结果显示 :HANS组治疗 2周后性机能总分较治疗前升高了 10 2 % (P <0 0 1) ;与单纯BPN组治疗后同期相比 ,增高 10 7% (P <0 0 1)。 (3)HANS组治疗 4周后血清黄体生成素 (LH)较治疗前增高 137% (P <0 0 5) ;睾酮 (T)水平升高118% (P <0 0 5) ;HANS组治疗 4周后血浆睾酮水平较单纯PBN组治疗后同期高出 79 6 % (P <0 0 5)。结论 :HANS的 2 / 10 0Hz跨皮肤电刺激可促使海洛因成瘾者性机能恢复 ,血清性激素LH和T水平显著上升。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 2 / 100Hz electrical stimulation on the sexual dysfunction caused by heroin by the HANA detoxification instrument (HANS). Methods: Thirty-three volunteers were randomized to either buprenorphine (n = 16) or HANS plus low-dose BPN (n = 17) Patients do not appear withdrawal symptoms as the standard. HANS frequency is 2Hz and 10 0Hz, two kinds of frequency automatically switch every 3s. HANS group of patients receiving electrical stimulation of the eight points are one side of the upper limb Hegu and Labyrinth, the contralateral upper extremity and the customs, the lower limbs on both sides of the line and Sanyinjiao, each stimulus 30min, 2 weeks before the daily 3 to 4 Times, after 2 weeks daily 1 ~ 2 times. Results: (1) The urine samples of morphine were negative after 14 days. (2) The questionnaire of sexual function (visual analogue scale) showed that the total score of sexual function increased by 102% (P <0.01) in HANS group two weeks after treatment; compared with the BPN group Compared with the same period, an increase of 107% (P <0.01). (3) After 4 weeks of HANS treatment, serum luteinizing hormone (LH) increased by 137% (P <0 05) and testosterone (T) increased by 118% After 4 weeks, plasma testosterone levels were 79.6% (P <0.05) higher than that of PBN alone group. Conclusion: HANS 2/10 0Hz transcutaneous electrical stimulation can promote heroin addicts sexual function recovery, serum sex hormones LH and T levels increased significantly.
