本文介绍新的“高C低N型”和“高N低C型”奥氏体无磁高强度不锈钢。它们的主要性能是:冷变形态的σ_b可达217~235kg/mm~2;再经回火后,σ_b可达250~270kg/mm~2;两种新合金都呈现良好的冷拉塑性和优良的无磁不锈性。因此、它们都适用于制造手表发条以及各种精密仪表中的弹簧,如定时器发条,各种簧片等。此外,它们还适用于作为特种要求的结构材料和耐热材料。 本文还简要地讨论了通过化学成份调整导致改善和提高性能的基本原理。
This article describes the new “High C Low N” and “High N Low C” austenitic non-magnetic high strength stainless steels. Their main properties are as follows: the σ_b of the cold-deformed state can reach 217-235kg / mm 2; after tempering, σ_b can reach 250-270kg / mm 2; both new alloys show good cold- Excellent non-magnetic stainless steel. Therefore, they are suitable for making watches springs and springs in various precision instruments, such as timer springs, various reeds and the like. In addition, they are also suitable as structural and heat-resistant materials for special requirements. This article also briefly discusses the rationale for tuning and improving performance through chemical compositional adjustments.
