刹车盘是高铁制动系统中的重要部件,其铸造质量决定着高铁的制动效果。通过对铸件进行机械加工,发现在树脂砂叠箱造型生产条件下,摩擦面缺陷类型主要表现为夹渣缺陷。通过缺陷成因分析和工艺改进,摩擦面夹渣缺陷大幅度减少,刹车盘成品率达到99.8%,内在和外在质量显著提高,满足了外商对高铁刹车盘的综合质量要求。
Brake disc brake system is an important component of high-speed rail, the casting quality determines the braking effect of high-speed rail. Through the machining of the castings, it was found that the type of friction surface defects mainly appear as slag inclusion defects under the condition of resin sandbox modeling. Through the analysis of defects and the improvement of technology, the defects of frictional surface slag drop significantly reduced, the yield of brake disc reached 99.8%, and the internal and external quality remarkably improved, meeting the comprehensive quality requirements of foreign high-speed brake discs.
