患者，男，52岁，因颈前肿物人院。患者甲状腺的右侧生一鸡蛋大小的肿物已10年之久．近几个月来增长较快，乃来院就诊。经检查甲状腺右叶有一约scmXscm的圆形肿物．质中等硬度．表面光滑．边界清楚．稍可活动，亦随吞咽活动，颈部两侧未触到肿大淋巴结。甲状腺扫描为右叶下极冷
