水力发电是清洁的可再生能源,促进水电的发展及改善其性能对抑制和削减温室效应气体、提高电力系统稳定性都是有利的。为了提高水轮机效率、改善气蚀性能和扩大水轮机稳定运转的范围,利用了CFD(计算机流体动力学)分析技术。特别是对大量已建好水电站的改造任务中,基于对水头、流量范围、运转频度等的运行实践,有效利用CFD的分析结果设计新的水轮机,有利于在原水轮机的尺寸限制下提高效率和增加年发电量。
Hydroelectric power generation is a clean and renewable energy source. Promoting hydropower development and improving its performance are all favorable to the suppression and reduction of greenhouse gases and the improvement of power system stability. In order to improve turbine efficiency, improve cavitation performance and expand the range of turbine stability, CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics) analysis techniques are utilized. Especially for the reconstruction task of a large number of hydropower stations that have been built, the effective utilization of the CFD analysis results to design a new turbine based on the operational practices of the head, the flow range and the operation frequency, is beneficial to improve the efficiency and reduce the size of the turbine, Increase annual power generation.
