针对煤矿企业矿工群体普遍存在的压力问题,从符号互动论的角度对矿工群体的压力源与工作压力问题进行论述分析,提出关注矿工生理、心理健康,给予矿工福利政策的措施,以期实现对矿工工作状态的抗压力管理,达到减轻员工压力提高工作效率的目的。
Aiming at the pressure problem commonly existed in the miner group in coal mines, this paper discusses and analyzes the pressure source and working pressure of the miner group from the perspective of symbolic interaction theory, puts forward the measures that pay attention to the miner’s physical and mental health and give the miner’s welfare policy, Working pressure resistance management, to reduce staff pressure to improve work efficiency.
