选用新育成及育种中常用的5个甜高粱不育系、5个甜高粱恢复系,按不完全双列杂交法组配25个杂交组合,对株高、生育期,含糖锤度、叶绿素、产量等5个性状用DPS数据统计软件进行了分析。结果表明:不育系303A,综合性状表现突出,一般配合力高,是一个较理想的甜高粱不育系,其次为L0202A较好;恢复系LTR108、LTR114表现好,一般配合力高;综合产量和含糖锤度表现,303A/LTR114、L0202A/LTR108及L0202A/LTR114是比较理想的甜高粱杂交组合。本研究为甜高粱的高糖高产栽培和品种选育提供了可靠的理论依据。
Five sweet sorghum CMS lines and five sweet sorghum CMS lines commonly used in breeding and breeding were selected, and 25 hybrid combinations were obtained by incomplete double line hybridization. The effects of plant height, growth period, sugar content, chlorophyll , Yield and other five traits with DPS data statistics software was analyzed. The results showed that 303A showed a good overall performance and a high general combining ability. It was an ideal sweet sorghum CMS line followed by L0202A. The restorer lines LTR108 and LTR114 performed well and the general combining ability was high. And sugar tolerance, 303A / LTR114, L0202A / LTR108 and L0202A / LTR114 are ideal sweet sorghum hybrid combinations. This study provided a reliable theoretical basis for sweet sorghum high-yielding and high-yielding cultivation and breed breeding.
