本文报道采用放射免疫测定法对13种共120例恶性肿瘤性疾病患者的血清铁蛋白浓度进行检测,结果发现37例急性白血病,5例恶组的血清铁蛋白浓度均明显高于正常组(P<0.01),其增高程度与骨髓细胞外铁染色及周围血白细胞计数均未见相关。38例胃癌的血清铁蛋白浓度低于正常组(P<0.05),其水平与病理类型未见相关。原发性肝癌12例的血清铁蛋白浓度与正常组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而与文献报道有异。本文还对有关问题作了讨论。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum ferritin concentrations in thirteen 120 patients with malignant neoplasm. The results showed that the concentrations of serum ferritin in 37 patients with acute leukemia and 5 patients with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.01). There was no correlation between the increase of bone marrow extracellular iron staining and peripheral blood leukocyte count. Serum ferritin concentration in 38 cases of gastric cancer was lower than that in the normal group (P <0.05), and the level was not correlated with the pathological type. Serum ferritin concentration in 12 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma was no significant difference compared with that of the normal group (P> 0.05), but different from those reported in the literature. This article also discussed the relevant issues.
