研究了铜单一合金化高纯净热轧钢板在时效退火前后的组织与性能的关系.结果表明,铜具有明显的时效强化作用,在时效过程中铜的析出优先于钢板的再结晶,同时高纯净基体使钢材保持了良好的塑性.分析表明,铜单一合金化高纯净钢具有良好的发展前景.
The relationship between microstructure and properties of copper single alloying high purity hot-rolled steel sheet before and after aging treatment was studied. The results show that copper has obvious aging strengthening effect. During the aging process, the precipitation of copper takes precedence over the recrystallization of steel plate, and the high purity matrix keeps the steel good plasticity. The analysis shows that copper single alloying high purity steel has good prospects for development.
