随着社会的不断进步,我国建筑行业得到了飞速的发展。传统工程建筑中存在着一些问题,主要体现在施工的安全性不高、技术性不强以及建设的协调性不够等等。而作为质量提升与成本控制的前提,建筑工程施工的科学性非常重要。为了使管理方式更加具体化、系统化,绩效考核必不可少。因此,本文针对建筑工程绩效管理中存在的问题,对其应用方式进行研究。
With the continuous improvement of society, China’s construction industry has been rapid development. There are some problems in the traditional engineering construction, which are mainly reflected in the fact that the safety of the construction is not high, the technology is not strong and the coordination of the construction is not enough. As the premise of quality improvement and cost control, the scientific construction of construction is very important. In order to make management more specific, systematic, performance appraisal is essential. Therefore, this article aims at the existing problems in the performance management of construction engineering, and studies its application way.
