抗凋亡作用在肿瘤发生、发展和耐药方面起重要作用,细胞凋亡调节的改变可能是肿瘤化疗耐药发生的原因之一,而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和增强化疗药物的敏感性成为近年来肿瘤治疗的重要策略。卵巢癌在妇科恶性肿瘤的死亡率中高居首位,5年生存率仅为20%~30%,肿瘤化疗耐药是其主要原因之一。因此,克服肿瘤化疗耐药成为卵巢癌治疗的关键。新发现的一类细胞凋亡抑制蛋白家族(Inhibitor of apoptosisproteins,IAPs),其功能包括调节凋亡、细胞周期、细胞内信号转导。因其抗凋亡功能远强于Bc1-2家族[1]而成为近年来研究的热点。现就IAPs与卵巢癌的关系综述如下。
