目的探讨大学生完美主义心理与社交焦虑的相关情况。方法随机抽取4个年级文理学科共100人为施测对象进行问卷调查,以社交回避及苦恼量表、交往焦虑量表和Hewitt所编完美呈现量表为测量工具。结果大学生完美主义心理及社交焦虑不存在性别差异;不同年级的大学生在各量表上的得分无显著差异;是否独生仅在社交回避分量表的得分上有显著差异;完美主义量表的得分与交往焦虑量表的得分显著相关;掩盖不完美分量表、害怕不完美分量表得分与社交焦虑得分显著相关。结论完美主义与交往焦虑相关显著。
Objective To explore the correlation between college students’ perfectionism and social anxiety. Methods A total of 100 subjects from 4 grades of arts and sciences were selected randomly to conduct questionnaire survey. Social avoidance and distress scales, communicative anxiety scale and Hewitt’s perfect presentation scale were used as measurement tools. Results There was no gender difference in perfectionism psychology and social anxiety among college students. There was no significant difference in grades among college students in different grades; whether the only child had a significant difference in scores of social avoidance scales; scores of perfectionism scale Which is significantly related to the score of social anxiety scale; masking imperfect subscale and fear of imperfect subscale scores are significantly correlated with social anxiety scores. Conclusion Perfectionism and communication anxiety are significant.
