目的探讨临终关怀在晚期癌症患者中的应用。方法对112例晚期癌症患者进行临终关怀，关注患者及家属的反应。结果对晚期癌症患者进行临终关怀，患者及家属情绪基本稳定。结论对晚期癌症患者进行临终关怀，可减轻患者及家属的心理压力，可提高晚期癌症患者的生活质量。“,”Objective To explore the application of hospice care in patients with advanced cancer.Methods 112 cases of advanced cancer patients with hospice care,attention to patients and their families of the reaction.Results The emotional stability of the patients and their families were basically stable in the patients with advanced cancer.Conclusion It can reduce the psychological pressure of the patients and their families,and can improve the life quality of patients with advanced cancer.
