以小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验评价了强化全营养乳(FortifiedFulNutritionalMilk,FFNM)抑制间接诱变剂环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CP)的诱变作用,并观察了FFNM对小鼠移植性S180肉瘤、艾氏腹水癌(EhrlichAscitesCarcinoma,EAC)及可移植性小鼠膀胱癌BST739生长的影响。结果表明,预防性给予FFNM可以明显抑制CP引起的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成,说明FFNM对化学诱变剂引起的染色体断裂有一定保护作用,具有抗突变作用。FFNM对皮下移植S180和BST739所形成的实体肿瘤的生长具有一定的抑制作用,而未能延长移植EAC动物的存活期。该乳制品在肿瘤病人中的作用,值得进一步研究。
The mutagenic effect of fortified FulNutritional Milk (FFNM) in inhibiting indirect mutagenic agent cyclophosphamide (CP) was evaluated by micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells, and FFNM was observed for mouse transplantation. The effects of S180 sarcoma, Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma (EAC) and transplantable mouse bladder cancer BST739. The results showed that the prophylactic administration of FFNM significantly inhibited the formation of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow induced by CP, indicating that FFNM had a protective effect against chromosome mutagenesis induced by chemical mutagens and had antimutagenic effect. FFNM had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of solid tumors formed by subcutaneous transplantation of S180 and BST739, but failed to prolong the survival of transplanted EAC animals. The role of this dairy product in cancer patients deserves further study.
