以生铁为主要原料,以硅铁、锰铁、钼铁以及铬铁等为辅料,采用中频感应电炉熔炼球墨铸铁,研究了合金元素对冲压模具用球墨铸铁材料性能的影响,结果表明:当硅铁、锰铁、钼铁以及铬铁的添加量(质量分数,%)分别为4.50%、0.85%、0.65%、1.50%时各项性能最佳,此时球墨铸铁的球化率为84.3%,抗拉强度值为575.6 MPa,硬度值为23.1HRC,800℃保温160 h的氧化速率为0.1156 g/(m~2·h),2500次热疲劳循环后主裂纹长度为0.65 mm。合金元素有利于形成珠光体,细化晶粒及在表面形成氧化膜,提高了材料的力学性能、抗氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能。

Alloying elements help form pearlite, grain refinement and the formation of oxide film on the surface, improve the mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue properties.
