机翼盒段结构静强度问题复杂,开展盒段承载特性研究,对机翼结构精细化设计、重量优化及降低研制成本等具有重要意义。借助显格式技术,考虑材料非线性及损伤特性,在准静态限制内对典型的机翼盒段试验件的静力加载破坏过程进行了分析仿真。分析得到的盒段应变分布及破坏强度均与试验结果吻合度较好。研究结果为评估飞机装配结构的极限强度提供了一定参考。
The static strength of the wing box structure is complex. Carrying out research on the bearing characteristics of the box section is of great significance for the refinement of the wing structure, weight optimization and reduction of the development cost. With the explicit format technique, considering the material nonlinearity and damage characteristics, the static loading failure process of a typical wing box test piece is analyzed and simulated in the quasi-static limit. The analysis of the distribution of box strain and failure strength are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results provide a reference for assessing the ultimate strength of the aircraft structure.
