通过力学性能检测和金相显微观察,研究了混合稀土含量(质量分数:0,0.4%,0.8%,1.0%)对铝铜合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,混合稀土加入量对Al-4.5%Cu-0.7%Mn合金的组织和性能有很大的影响。随着混合稀土加入量的增加,合金的抗拉强度快速增加,在混合稀土含量0.4%时达到峰值;稀土含量进一步增加,晶粒有粗化趋向,抗拉强度随之下降。随着混合稀土加入量的增加,合金基体显微硬度快速下降。
The effects of mixed rare earth content (mass fraction: 0,0.4%, 0.8%, 1.0%) on microstructure and properties of Al-Cu alloy were investigated by mechanical properties and microstructure observation. The results show that the amount of mixed rare earth Al-4.5% Cu-0.7% Mn alloy has a great influence on the microstructure and properties. With the addition of RE, the tensile strength of the alloy increased rapidly and peaked at 0.4% of RE content. The RE content increased further, and the grains tended to roughen and the tensile strength decreased. With the addition of mischmetal, the microhardness of the alloy matrix decreases rapidly.
