硬质聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料作为保温材料的适用工作温度为-40~80℃之间,能满足油田90%以上保温工程的要求。该种材料的热物理性能也比较理想。我们取了三个生产厂的六个试样做了实验室测定(上海同济大学机械系),在常温(20~25℃)干态和饱和湿态下的热导率,其平均值分别为0.037W/m·K和0.050W/m·K。干态时最低和最高值分别为0.036和0.038W/m·K。饱和湿态时最低和最高值分别为0.049和0.052W/m·K。与岩棉、泡沫石棉及聚氨酯泡沫塑料相比
The suitable working temperature of rigid polystyrene foam as the heat-insulating material is between -40 and 80°C, which can meet the requirement of more than 90% of the oil field thermal insulation engineering. The thermal physical properties of this material are also ideal. We took six samples from three production plants for laboratory measurements (Mechanics Department of Shanghai Tongji University), thermal conductivity at room temperature (20-25°C) in dry and saturated wet states, and the average values were 0.037 W/m·K and 0.050 W/m·K.
