一个95岁的老太太身手敏捷地活跃在田径场上；一个出租车司机把肝脏捐给了陌生人……在惊讶、感动之余，小编想起了刊刻于清康熙年间的《无双谱》。
《无双谱》是清初的版画力作，绘者从汉代至宋的一千四百多年间，挑选了40位广为称道的名人，如项羽、诸葛亮、苏武、李白、花木兰、司马迁等，绘成绣像并题诗文。由于这些人物事迹举世无双，故此图册称为《无双谱》。从此，《无双谱》中的人物常常出现在民间工艺品的图案中。
时间快进到21世纪，事迹举世无双的人比比皆是。与当年《无双谱》中的人物一样，他们或展示勇气、毅力，或展示爱心、自信，或展示聪明才智、高超技艺，他们大多默默无闻，在尽自己的绵薄之力。山不在高，有仙则灵；人不在出
名，努力便极品。这也许正是当代《无双谱》给我们的启示吧。
After 70 years of competition， I have over 750 gold medals. And in my last age group， which was 90 to 94， I did or I made 26 world records. And records are made to be broken.
I did two sprints—100 metre， 200 metre， 400 metre. I do three jumps. I do high jump， long jump
我一共参加了70年的比赛，共获得超过750块金牌。我参赛的最后年龄组别为90～94岁，在这个组别的比赛中，我创下了26项世界纪录，不过，记录都会被打破的。

I think your age is…is just a number， and it’s not your birthday， it’s how you age which make the difference， how you get old. I mean， if you’re active and you’re working and you’re aspiring to do better， that’s how you grow.
I think genes play a big part in my life， and then， of course， acquiring the skills and the techniques that you need for any special activity—athletic activity—has to come along as well， but it’s your attitude， I think， plays a good part in your…in your lifestyle， in your choice.

There’s no limit. Who says that you’re supposed to stop at a certain point， and just， if you had tried doing it， like I am enjoying and having fun， because I travel a lot， travelling， and I just want to keep on going. I don’t know whether that’s immoral， but I’ll keep on going until I drop. That’s…that’s when I’ll have to stop.
我觉得，一个人的年龄是……只是一个数字，重要的不是一个人的生日，而是你如何变老。我意思是，如果你能积极地生活，有事可做，并想做得更好，这是你成长的方式。
我认为，基因在我一生中起了很大作用，当然同时还要学会一些技能和技巧，让你可以做一些事，比如体育活动，但是，我觉得，你的生活态度对你……你的生活方式和决定才是最重要的。
