用中草药制成酊糊剂,探讨纯中药制剂治疗尖周炎的疗效。抑菌试验证实此药对口腔常见致病菌有显著杀菌效果,为空管中药疗法提供了科学依据。根管内注入口腔常见致病菌混合液制成猴尖周炎动物模型,用此药治疗猴尖周炎与对照观察初步显示疗效。临床对164例患者进行了1～3年远期疗效观察有效率为93.90％。此研究为中西医结合治疗口腔常见病、多发病开辟了新途径,为尖周炎治疗开发出纯中药制备的空管药物新剂型。临床实践证明此药具有其他空管药物同等显著疗效,操作简便,药源广泛,价格低廉,安全性好,值得推广应用。
Made with Chinese herbal medicine tincture paste, to explore pure Chinese medicine treatment of periapical effect. Bacteriostatic tests confirmed that the drug has a significant bactericidal effect on common oral pathogens, providing a scientific basis for empty tube Chinese medicine therapy. Root canal injection of common pathogenic bacteria mixture made of animal model of periapical disease, with the drug treatment of periapical disease and control preliminary showed efficacy. Clinical 164 patients were 1 to 3 years long-term efficacy of effective observation was 93.90%. This study opened up a new way for the treatment of oral common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and developed a new type of empty tube medicine for the preparation of sharp periarthritis. Clinical practice has proved that the drug has the same significant efficacy of other ATC drugs, easy to operate, extensive drug source, low price and good safety, which is worth popularizing and applying.
