本文根据江苏某校“和融教育”的校本理念,从学生发展的实践需要出发,对江苏某市开发区初中新市民子女课堂学习行为进行研究。通过调查分析和三年来的实践研究,提出新市民子女课堂学习行为习惯的培养和调适策略。
Based on the school-based philosophy of “harmonious education” in Jiangsu Province, this paper studies the classroom learning behavior of new citizens in junior middle schools in a development zone in Jiangsu Province from the practical needs of students’ development. Through investigation and analysis and three years of practical research, put forward the training of new citizens and children’s classroom learning behavior and adjustment strategies.
