肛门坠胀是肛肠科患者的常见主诉,它并不是一种独立疾病,而是某些因素引起的一类症状,其主要表现是肛门有下坠及胀满感,导致便意明显,排便次数增多,偶尔出现里急后重,给患者带来严重不适感,降低其生活质量[1].证候是中医学的重要理论,也是中医学治疗的基础.证候的不规范,在某种程度上限制了中医的发展,因此肛门坠胀证候规范化的标准,是中医治疗肛门坠胀的前提.
