阐述了行星轮式棕榈藤采收机的设计方案、结构设计及关键零部件的设计计算。该采收机以人力为动力,通过行星轮系减速增力,进而驱动卷筒机构执行牵引动作。其主要技术参数是:平均采收速度S=67mm/曲柄每转,总传动比i13=4.78,额定输出牵引力T=4kN,当量功率P≈0.2kW,手柄最大驱动力F=196N,外形尺寸210×102×115mm,机重W≈6.5kg,每台机理论采藤能力126.6kg/天,约是人力采收能力的5.4倍。该机采用缠绕卷筒+行星减速器一体式结构,具有体积小、重量轻、出力大、适于林区作业、经济适用性强等特点。
