本文对1990年鄂东南地区23所大中专医学院校的4926名毕业生的分配志愿和分配去向作了调查,认为医学毕业生不愿到乡镇卫生院的主要原因是学难致用、技术难提高、工作条件和生活条件差及晋升困难。为此,提出对策如下:①对现行的医学教育方法加以改革,即改进教学方法,培养“实用型”人才;加强在职教育,提高业务技术水平;立足地区规划,加强乡镇卫生院所需人才的预测,做到对口培养、对口分配、对口使用;加强思想政治工作,提高医学生全心全意为农村服务的思想觉悟和政治素质。②完善分配和职称评定制度.激励在乡镇卫生院工作的卫生技术人员的进取精神,促进农村卫生事业的发展。
This paper investigates the distribution and voluntary distribution of 4,926 graduates of 23 medical colleges in Southeast Hubei Province in 1990. The main reason that medical graduates are reluctant to go to township hospitals is that they are hard to learn and use.
