营销人员频繁跳槽,轻者导致销售业务波动、客户不满,重则导致企业机密泄露,客户、人才、核心技术等重要资源流失。少数企业甚至因此而导致大面积市场丢失与呆账、坏账。此外,企业中还普遍存在营销人员“身在曹营心在汉”的现象;利用职务、工作之便频频炒单、吃差价,挖企业墙脚。造成这些问题的根源何在?又该如何解决?以下是笔者从多年营销管理与顾问工作中得出的一些结论和思考,希望对问题涉及的各方都能有所启发。
