将初诊96例IGT患者随机分为对照组46例,给予饮食运动指导。治疗组50例,在饮食运动的基础上给予阿卡波糖50mg口服,一日2~3次,连续18周,观察体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIC)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果:对照组干预前后各项指数无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组比较除HDL-C上升外其他指标均明显下降。结论:阿卡波糖治疗IGT减低疗效确切并能明显改善血脂代谢。
A total of 96 patients with newly diagnosed IGT were randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and dietary exercise instruction. The patients in the treatment group were given 50 mg acarbose orally on the basis of dietary exercise for 2 to 3 times a day for 18 weeks. The body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose (P2hBG) HbAIC, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were measured. Results: Before and after the intervention, there was no significant change in each index (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, other indexes except the HDL-C increased significantly in the control group. Conclusion: Acarbose treatment of IGT to reduce the exact effect and can significantly improve blood lipid metabolism.
