近几年来,如皋市在加强做好农民培训,提高农村劳动力技能素质,增强农民转移就业的实际工作中,本着“培训主体多元化、培训服务社会化、培训运作市场化”的发展理念,成功创新了“三个联合”的农民技能培训模式,形成了对内合作和对外联合,本地协作与异地互动的多渠道、多途径、全方位的农民技能培训格局,累计培训农村劳动力35.49万人,农民实用技术培训5.2万人次,实现农村劳动力转移就业37.1万人,农民工资性收入占比达到60%以上。
