银行系统非领导岗位的职务犯罪由于其主体特征,具有较强的隐蔽性和智能性,且犯罪后果极为严重。本文通过对该类犯罪的主要形式及其易发部位的研究,提出了在实践中可行的预防此类犯罪的一系列措施。 Due to its main features, job-related offenses in the non-leadership positions of the banking system have strong concealment and intelligence, and the consequences of crimes are extremely serious. Through the research on the main form of crime and its vulnerable parts, this article puts forward a series of measures which are feasible in practice to prevent such crimes.
