目的探讨以癫痫发作为主要症状的病毒性脑炎患者临床及脑电图的特点。方法回顾性分析27例以癫痫发作为主要症状的病毒性脑炎患者的颅内压、脑脊液、头颅MRI、视频脑电图等相关临床资料。结果 27例患者颅压有所升高的患者为18.5%,74%患者脑脊液中主以白细胞升高且以单核细胞升高为著,影像学改变为22.2%,脑电图的异常率为100%。结论以癫痫发作为主要症状的病毒性脑炎患者临床症状不典型,常规需完善视频脑电图、头颅MRI平扫、腰椎穿刺了解颅内压及脑脊液性状检查,尤其是脑电图检查非常重要。 Objective To investigate the clinical and EEG features of patients with viral encephalitis who have seizures as the main symptom. Methods Retrospective analysis of 27 cases of patients with viral encephalitis as the main symptom of intracranial pressure, cerebrospinal fluid, head MRI, video EEG and other related clinical data. Results 27 patients had elevated intracranial pressure in 18.5% of patients, 74% of patients with cerebrospinal fluid in the main leukocyte and monocyte ascending, the imaging changes were 22.2%, EEG abnormal rate 100%. Conclusions The clinical symptoms of patients with viral encephalitis, the main symptom of epilepsy, are not typical. Video electroencephalography, cranial MRI plain scan and lumbar puncture are the routine methods to understand the symptoms of intracranial pressure and cerebrospinal fluid. Especially EEG is very important .
