针对矿井通信系统实时性较差、布线困难等问题,采用S3C44B0处理器,搭载WiFi芯片88W8686,以及CS4334音频等芯片设计了一种基于ARM7的无线WiFi手持终端。工作人员通过该手持终端可以接收地面监控中心的命令,井下采集到的数据也可以实时反馈给地面监控中心,并可进行语音通信。结果表明:通过WiFi无线通信方式,可以有效地解决井下复杂环境中的语音通信、人员监测、数据传输等问题,保证了井下作业的安全性,具有一定的应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time mine communication system and difficult wiring, the S3C44B0 processor, WiFi chip 88W8686 and CS4334 audio chip are used to design a wireless WiFi handheld terminal based on ARM7. Staff through the handheld terminal can receive commands from the ground monitoring center, downhole data collected can also be fed back to the ground monitoring center in real time, and can carry out voice communications. The results show that the wireless communication via WiFi can effectively solve the problems such as voice communication, personnel monitoring and data transmission in the complicated underground environment and ensure the safety of downhole operation, which has a certain application value.
