在知识经济时代,企业文化逐渐转化为企业的一种经营管理理念,通过企业文化对员工价值观进行塑造和管理,提高员工对企业的认知度、忠诚度,进而提高经济效益。实际经营情况不同,各个公司的企业文化也都有所不同,如何使企业文化与公司实际经营情况相契合,为公司发展提供坚实基础成为各个公司需要考虑的关键问题。本文结合广东省长大公路工程有限公司(以下简称广东长大)实际经营情况,探究企业文化建设与经营实际契合下的管理模式,以期提出有益的工作建议。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, corporate culture gradually transformed into a business management philosophy, through the corporate culture to shape and manage employee values to improve employee awareness of the enterprise, loyalty, thereby increasing economic efficiency. The actual business situation is different, each company’s corporate culture is also different, how to make corporate culture and the actual business conditions fit for the company to provide a solid foundation for the development of various companies have to consider the key issues. Based on the actual operation of Guangdong Chang-Da-Da Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong), this paper explores the management mode of corporate culture construction and actual operation, in order to put forward some useful suggestions.
