目的:观察补肾益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的改善作用。方法:采用在D- 半乳糖催老基础上加基底前脑注射IBO法复制老年性痴呆大鼠模型,用Morris 水迷宫法评价补肾益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的改善作用。结果:补肾益智方组大鼠在Morris 水迷宫中,逃避潜伏期明显缩短,原平台象限游泳时间明显延长,与模型组比较有显著意义( P< 0-01) 。结论:补肾益智方对模型大鼠学习记忆损害的改善作用明显优于阳性对照药石杉碱甲,说明补肾益智方对模型大鼠学习记忆功能损害的改善作用非常显著。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Yizhi Recipe on learning and memory dysfunction in Alzheimer’s disease model rats. METHODS: The rat model of Alzheimer’s disease was replicated by basal forebrain injection of IBO on the basis of D-galactose-induced aging. Morris water maze was used to evaluate the effect of Bushen Yizhi Recipe on learning and memory dysfunction in senile dementia model rats. effect. RESULTS: In the Bushen Yizhi group, the evasion latency was significantly shorter in the Morris water maze, and the swimming time in the original platform quadrant was significantly longer, which was significant compared with the model group (P<0-01). Conclusion: The effect of Bushen Yizhi Recipe on the learning and memory impairment of model rats is obviously better than that of the positive control Huperzine A, which shows that the effect of Bushen Yizhi Recipe on the impairment of learning and memory function of model rats is very significant.
