采用顶空气相色谱法测定水体中环氧乙烷,比较盐类、色谱柱、平衡温度、平衡时间和样品存放时间对环氧乙烷测定结果的影响。结果表明,最佳分析条件为取10 m L水样于20 m L顶空瓶中,加入3g氯化钠,于60℃平衡30 min后,用wax-52(30m×0.53 mm×1.0δm)色谱柱测定。环氧乙烷在0.05~5 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限0.008 mg/L,样品加标平行测定的RSD<6.0%,回收率>94%。方法操作简单,检出限低,适用于水体中环氧乙烷的测定。
Determination of ethylene oxide in water by headspace gas chromatography, salt, column, equilibrium temperature, equilibration time and sample storage time on the determination of ethylene oxide. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: 10 m L of water sample was taken in a 20 mL headspace vial, 3 g of sodium chloride was added, and the solution was wax-52 (30 m × 0.53 mm × 1.0 δ m) Column determination. The linearity of ethylene oxide ranged from 0.05 mg / L to 5 mg / L. The detection limit was 0.008 mg / L. The RSD of spiked samples was <6.0% and the recovery was> 94%. The method has simple operation and low detection limit, which is suitable for the determination of ethylene oxide in water.
