轮式装载机前、后桥壳既是承载件,又是传力件,它承受整机载荷并传给车轮,而将作用于车轮上的各种力传到悬架或车架上。因此,若设计疲劳寿命不足、使用不当或制造质量差等原因将会产生裂缝甚至断裂。一旦处理不及时、采取措施不当,往往将会造成重大损失。 我公司1986年进口了一台神户制钢LK400装载机,使用四年后后桥发生了裂缝,如图1所示。 该后桥裂缝处于中央传动与轮胎之间的中部位置,必须修复后才能继续使用。
Wheel loader front and rear axle housing is both carrier and transmission force pieces, which bear the whole load and pass to the wheels, and will act on the wheels of the various forces transmitted to the suspension or frame. Therefore, if the design fatigue life is not enough, improper use or poor manufacturing quality and other reasons will produce cracks or even rupture. If not handled properly, improper measures will often result in heavy losses. My company imported a Kobe Steel LK400 loader in 1986 and cracks occurred in the bridge after four years, as shown in Figure 1. The rear axle crack in the central transmission and the middle position between the tires must be repaired before they continue to use.
