To become a good buyer, excellent communication skills are an indispensable condition. This excellent communication ability can be trained and there are some rules to follow. It can be roughly divided into three categories: first, the skills that should be communicated with suppliers; second, the method of communicating with internal customers; and third, learning how to use advanced communication tools. I. Communication Skills with Suppliers The procurement four-quadrant matrix analysis map divides the procurement product into two dimensions of expenditure, and the effect of the procurement product on the company and supply risk is divided into four quadrants. Each quadrant represents a different feature and supply strategy.
